Patés and Piparra Zubia S.L., family enterprise located in Eskoriatza, Guipuzcoa, was founded by D.José Luis Zubia in 1982 after a several years learning process in France.
He began his gait elaborating 2 varieties of pâtés in the small workroom of his butcher, obtaining a great response and increasing little by little the demand of his products.
In 1987 he decided to give the great jump investing in a modern 1200 m2 store, distributed between cold-storage rooms, break-down room, workrooms, stores, offices, …
Nowadays, most of the store has been duplicated with a 2nd floor where a freezer, a drying-room and a cured-products manipulation room have been installed.
With modest staff and top-technology machinery, Patés Zubia, congratulates itself for having extended considerably its variety of products.
